Although IronPort is somewhat of a competitor of my employer,
I just wanted to say "Kudos" to Tom Gillis, senior vice president
of worldwide marketing at security provider IronPort, for having
the guts to finger ISPs for not stepping up to their responsibility
in combating the whole spam problem:

My rationale is this: The majority of spam is being generated by
spambots, and ISPs have basically passed the buck on taking
their share of the responsibility in helping the community-at-large
in getting this mess under control.

Whatever motivations Mr. Gillis had for his statements, I applaud
him for saying them. :-)
