EFS encrypted folders have been around for 5+ years in XP. Does anyone understand this controversy with Private Folders which sound like the samething?
Nope. No difference except MS is taking the high road in this one. Privacy is different from protection. BitLocker is protection from theft, Private folders are protection from your admin, which a corporate machine shouldnt have IMO. MS is learning, but maybe they could include private folders in the home versions of vista. -JP
