virtualization technology—which can partition a PC to run different
types of software simultaneously—to set up a new type of security
checkpoint inside each machine. That checkpoint, which is expected to
be the first of its kind for client PCs when it arrives in vPro

Wouldn't slow down the Pc in general?

monitoring network traffic into it and intervening if it exhibits
behavior patterns consistent with an infection. "We had to come up

Privacy ?Or every one forgot about that? Lets say it can be stired the

traffic without any need of an OS exploit.

make a person tracable and some one somewhere would be able to follow
you/know where you are at any moment (specially if they get on this
with windows).

with some better, more proactive, more intelligent [and] more
automated ways to defend our systems," said Gregory Bryant, general

Intelligent right .... if they have said a couple of more buzz word i
would have bought it!! I don't know they could have said :" now with a
super duper Neurel Net " or a "New Age fuzzy machine thingy wingy" .

This cant turn out well IMO
