Now, if you're not worried about it being a totally *legal* bypass of their restrictions, you *could* always go black hat and find some schmuck with a hackable Windows box on a cablemodem, and use any of the popular connection laundering packages to bounce the packets off his
box. Actually, I don't particularly care about being legal at the moment. But your solution would probably be too slow. Schmuck With Hackable Windows Box probably has inadequate upstream bandwidth.
