Well Ferg, perfect quote for me to argue about - what if it wasn't a waste of resources? What if it was effective? Would it then be okay, regardless of laws? Would it be okay so long as any laws against it were repealed? WHEN is it okay for the government to invade your privacy? It didn't start with terrorists - it started with drug dealers. No one said anything and this is just more of the same, the camel comes a little further into the tent.
First they came for the Fourth Amendment, But I didn't say anything because I wasn't a drug deal^H^H^H^H^H terrorist. Then they came for the Sixth Amendment, But I remained silent because I wasn't guilty. Then they came for the First Amendment, And then I found it was too late to say anything at all. _______________________________________________ Fun and Misc security discussion for OT posts. https://linuxbox.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/funsec Note: funsec is a public and open mailing list.
