No. If you find that you can't provide what they need, then you go back 
to the drawing board, and think about operating in a different area. So, 
if you can't do the right sort of word processor, you start to think about 
spreadsheets.

The point of the market research is to keep you from making expensive 
mistakes by launching products that people don't buy.
