those tinfoil hats get HOT inside after wearing for 10 mins or more.... so don't forget to poke some holes in it....
 
  or you could just wrap yourself with brass screen....  no radio signals in, no radio signals out.... nice and 
breathable too :-)

Shiny metallic, of course (i.e. tinfoil).  Everyone could wear something shiny and metallic on their clothes - those 
with security certifications of any type would be required to wear tinfoil hats on this day.
