Yes there is image recognition software that knows what a nipple looks like and can block that image from appearing on 
a users machine while letting a bikini clad image appear.

  I forget the name of the software, I remember checking it out a few years ago and it worked fairly well at that time, 
although some things did slip by, but it caught the majority of the norp I threw at it....

Ol' southern joke (heard it first in Forsyth County Georgia (if you
dont think its redneck, just google it) about 20 yrs ago)

I guess I snafu'ed OCR: I was referring to the ability to take a
picture and then look for patterns in the picture, not necessarily a
"character" in the sense of an alpha-numeric one, but the sense of a
character in the sense of,.. well.. like you are a character ;-)

Good point though (if that was your intention) would you want it to
block just the peni$ of Michelangelo's David, all of it, or none of
it? I choose the latter.
