You couldn't buy one from IBM, but my company in '83 had some 5150Bs with
external HDs (massive 5MB models; Convergent Technologies?), but this all
may have been on DOS 2.0. Somewhat later I owned a genuine PC for which I
bought a 20MB internal HD running off a 3rdparty controller.
