You think stealing Nokia, Sun, & Novell source is worth 5 + 3?  While 
worm authors get 0-3 years?

(I'm not sure how long a worm author should go down for.  I do think 
Kevin got more time than was warranted.  But then, I helped briefly on 
his defense team and he's a friend of mine, so I'm biased.)
