(41.7 C).

DUE TO THE SINKING AIR OCCURRING SOUTHWEST OF THE REMNANTS OF RITA AND DRY WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS IN THE LOWER LEVELS 
OF THE ATMOSPHERE.
