Thank you so much for the input everyone, its really appreciated.

I have read so much about Disclaimers being a sense of false security and
how they dont hold any legal binding per se. However, given other rumours
about how emails can be used in court for the sake of evidence (Looking for
specific examples at the moment) I am wondering if Disclaimers can be
referenced in a courtroom in a client's defence and if not, is it specificly
stated or referenced that they can or cant - and if that is true, where am I
likely to find a factual document (reference) stating the fact?

Someone raised an interesting point about disclaimers and overseas mail /
laws. Thats got me thinking...and now my head is hurting.
