Remember! Swearing at your customers shows them who's boss! --- I guess you only consider orders useful. I wonder how you respond to complaints about bugs? Just a note; if you are going to market your product to people try to avoid making a negative impression! And certainly, reply to people individually as you will, but if you are going to blast someone then do it privately.
