The proper response is to filter their e-mail address, and get on with 
it. The are certain people who don't want to make a "positive 
contribution." They don't  want their opinions considered. They want to 
troll. That is all they want to do. You and Franco are helping them do 
it. Lately, I have begun filtering those who respond to such people. It 
makes for a much quieter list.
