I am not sure if it will affect the Digital Certificates but when using
PKI and Outlook XP, you need to modify the below reg key :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security\UseCRLChasing

It is set at 1 you need to change it to 2. If you don't change that,
Outlook will look like it dies and hangs for minutes when dealing with PKI
certificates.

Greetings,

I'm trying to get some expert opinions on which is better. Using Outlook
2002, would it be better to use PGP to encrypt messages or use the built-in
option with a digital certificate from Verisign (or some other CA)?

Thanks,

Kamal
