I particularly like this:

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,95049,00.html
"In the entire history of FirstEnergy, FirstEnergy spokesman Todd
Schneider said there hasn't been an outage of any system due to
hackers, and that that the weather in northeastern Ohio did more
damage.

In light of this:

"The Slammer worm penetrated a private computer network at
Ohio's Davis-Besse nuclear power plant in January and
disabled a safety monitoring system for nearly five hours,
despite a belief by plant personnel that the network was
protected by a firewall, SecurityFocus has learned. "

see: http://www.security-focus.com/news/6767

Yes, this has been very interesting, this story.

People don't realize that a lot of these systems run on Windows NT and
etc, a lot actually are on wireless networks (how convenient)... And,
etc, etc, etc horrible news. Not that this should surprise anyone in
security. (This may have been discussed on the giant thread somewhere,
haven't checked yet).
