How can one find out if a TippingPoint device contains up to date filters
installed on it?

If you're using SMS, click on the Packages icon, expand Digital Vaccines and click on the one marked "(active)". That will tell you the release and download dates. You can check that against the TP website to see if you're up to date.

How can we generated a list of filters listed in the device?

What do you mean by generate? In the same screen you can click on Profiles and view the list of filters, both enabled and disabled. If you just want a complete list of all available filters, ask your rep. (I don't know if that's available or not.)
