HI Raj,
You are lucky. You have many test tools for IDS and firewall stateful inspection freely available in net.
Solution: just google. :)
 You can look for
stick : recently released to public
snot : generates lots of false positives
sneeze : similiar but perl based

And in few days I will release tool which is a enhanced tool to snot. Look for it in few days.
