hindsight is always 2020 and none of us has either perfect vision, or perfect diplomacy in pointing out better ways to do things. better to hear it from good people than to have it come back to us from our enemies. and excellent point, regarding shooting the messenger. in the end, we must all be messengers, or what is the point of our dedication to security?....

I'll stick around for a bit, for each negative reply in the list I got
at least one person emailing off list sharing experiences and helping me
calm down. I figure that's a pretty good ratio of nice to not nice
people.
