Hi there, some recommendations: i) don't mention the name Kinko's on the FW-WIZ email list any more. If Kinko's executive management were to find out about the nature of your discussion there, they would be horrified and would probably be very unimpressed with the potential negative press and posssibility of letting the world know how easy it is to scam Kinko's systems. This could put you in a difficult spot. ii) DO NOT approach IT systems administrators/managers first. Instead, get your managers approval to make some phone calls so that you find out who to approach in security management. iii) muster all of the diplomatic skills you can to put forward a NON hostile approach iv) put down on ONE page a brief of your security concerns, the risks and the fixes. Emphasize the RISK in DOLLAR terms. That is, the company could be sued, the company could be exposed to financial losses X, etc. Do not put down too many. Four at most. If the response is positive, perhaps you can leverage a promotion into IT security. Always be positive and good luck, Mike H _______________________________________________ firewall-wizards mailing list firewall-wizards () honor icsalabs com http://honor.icsalabs.com/mailman/listinfo/firewall-wizards
