Since the gateway has addresses in both networks, set the
gateway/default route for both networks to the corresponding IP  on the
gateway.
Linux's internal routing tables should handle the rest.
And the 192.168.98.0 is a network address, so you might want to use
something else (192.168.98.1, for eg).
