The Nortel Contivity line covers the server side of that equation; I'm not sure if they have any client side hardware boxes, if that's
what
you're looking for.
Nortel does have the ability to create a VPN between two (or more) Contivity boxes. I should point out that the placement of your VPN box should be architected properly to be secured (this without trying to get into the question if it should be part of your Firewall box or not :P).
