Problem putting PIX OS 6.0.1&16Meg ISA Flash Card on a PIX-520

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can give me a hand. I've got a PIX-520 that I'm
upgrading from PIX OS revision 5.1.2 to 6.0.1. In addition to upgrading
the software revision of the OS, I'm also replacing the 2 Meg flash card
with a 16 Meg card (PIX-FLASH-16MB=). So I've backed up my config's to
TFTP, and I've created the boot helper 3.5" diskette. I then remove the
2 Meg ISA flash card and insert the 16 meg ISA card (I haven't touched
any of the jumpers on the card, they're still at their default
settings). Next I insert the boothelper diskette and turn on the PIX.
This is what shows up on the console:

Rebooting....

------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------

The machine just continuously boots, then reboots, scrolling this
message every time. I then inserted the old 2 Meg ISA flash card with
5.1.2 OS on it and it works just fine. The box that this flash card
came in says, "Prod.# PIX-FLASH-16MB=", and the PIX-520 bears the mark
revision "B0" on the back of it. This 520 also has 128 Megs of RAM in
it. I'm not sure if I have a bad flash card, or possibly there's
something I'm doing wrong. Unfortunately this card appears to have sat
in the stockroom at the place of purchase for at least 90 days, being
that Cisco will not speak with me, even though I just received the card.

I appreciate all your help.

Thanks a lot,

Ross Corona
