Free S/wan to SafeNet Soft PK

I have created an up to date interoperability document (in pdf format) for
systems using ipchains/ipfwadm based firewalls on Linux.  There have been
some previous documents / configuration guides over on the IPSEC mailing
list prior to this.  But we found that in production, these documents do not
work with the latest versions of both software.

It covers interoperability between Free S/Wan 1.8, and SafeNet Soft /PK
version 5.1.
