This is an example of why you must *always* change all privileged
passwords whenever an employee having that access leaves the
organization...

Even if *all* your former employees leave with the best of feelings
towards the company, it is *still* a great idea to change the passwords
whenever someone with privileged access leaves.  You never know what
may happen...
