DoS resilience

Hi all,

For a solution I'll be designing soon, I'm looking for a input (such as
magazine reviews, test lab reports as well as personal experience) regarding
the resilience of existing firewalls to Denial of Service attacks. That is,
not theoretical works but actual tests showing various attacks and whether
the firewall stood in the fire.
