IDS for FW-1

I've mades several enhancements to my IDS script for
FW-1, to include a 50% performance improvement.  Larger
organizations will see the greatest benefit.  I've
also updated the docs with several new tricks.  The
latest version is 1.3.  For those of you using the script,
you may want to upgrade.

Also, many an experienced guru occupies these hallowed
halls:)  I would greatly appreciate any suggestions
you ladies and gents may have on the script or 
implementation.
