Everything I know about this comes from
http://www.axent.com/product/rsbu/firewall/whatsnew.htm:

     Addition of H.323 Proxy.
Fully compliant H.323 proxy has been added to ensure the
safe traversal of multimedia protocols across the firewall.
With H.323 support, applications such as Microsoft NetMeeting
are ensured of data integrity during real-time multimedia
     sessions.
H.323 is an umbrella standard for multimedia conferencing.

There's a whitepaper on Raptor v6 (which adds this feature), but it has
even less on the subject. Perhaps if someone on this list works for
Axent they can enlighten us.
