Out of curiousity, what made you decide to deploy it downstream vs
upstream?  I'm evaluating the same myself.

It's not just Don, I am also interested.

We just deployed MSP downstream to IBM firwall/proxy and found MSP routing
defeciences (we are awaiting a custom MS hotfix!)
