No it is not gone. If you go to the tis ftp server ftp.tis.com and cd
to the directory /pub/firewalls/toolkit you can download the README
file and the LICENSE file. The README file says:

After you have read the FWTK software license, if you agree to
abide by
its restrictions, send a one word -- the word "accepted" --
e-mail message
to fwtk-request () tis com. The single word "accepted" (with no
quotes)
should be the entire *body* of the message (not the subject).
Based
upon your acknowledgment of the terms and conditions of TIS FWTK
software license, a responding e-mail will be sent to you and
will
contain the location of the FWTK source code and documentation.

Subject: fwtk gone?

I just had occasion to try and point someone at the sources to fwtk,
and as
best I can tell it has disappeared --- either that, or NAI has just
&*%#-ed up
their site well enought to make it impossible to find.

If FWTK has gone away, what should we use?

Is there any other http proxy available that can strip applets?

What would people use for other proxies to round out a working
firewall?
