-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 It seems as though, globally, the poropsal is liked. Many of you (now ~ 12), from all points of the planet are in support of this, so here's some basic needs. Somewhere to collectively communicate (not here) and archive everything, such as Onelist and or an equivalent. "Continent does not matter". "Who wants that?" Steering body, from the masters, and you all know who you are. "Moderator of this list encouraged greatily ........" FTP site and all those resources? CGI folks. PERL folks. Oracle people. Web Host, Sys Admin where the boxes sit. URL collectors and updaters? pdf collectors? Committed core of people. Dedicated diskspace somewhere and all of that 'hard stuff', and someone dedicated and commited to providing this. "Sizeable ingress as well (Resources that make sense and scaleable as mounths and years pass)". Knowledge of contributors 'areas' of expertise and where you 'want' to help support this extremely huge undertaking. The list is endless. "Suggestions on 'How-To' to proceed with ALL OF THE ABOVE will help me, thus you, all of us in the end". Please continue out-of band for specific ideas and inputs, I'll forward these when its warranted and germane to do so. As for the above issues, "Please pass THEM AROUND". "Help is already needed. Keeping track of emails for sure .........." Thank-you all. BTW - As of two hours ago, my key at the pgpkeys.mit.edu box has been updated.
