Firewall 1 4.0 on NT with VPN Board

I am looking at upgrading to FW1 version 4 and adding the VPN board (NT
4 service pack 4 based).
Does anyone have any experience with this? 
Do you know if this version of the Firewall 1 software will take
advantage of a second processor?
Any you aware of any special challenges with this type of
implementation?
