IT WAS  purge yearly with new uploads at strategic times, all to one specific machine that handles the db and printer, 
but I need to double check that the process has not changed in the last two years (new staff in office than handles 
IDs).

I am interested in how long other schools are retaining ID card information within an ID card management system that 
only handles the card creation.  The card would include the Student name and Student ID number, which is referenced 
from a separate and authoritative system.
