Inaugural CAUDIT 2020 AHECS Cybersecurity Summit

CAUDIT along with AHECS Partners AAF, AARNet, AusCERT and REANNZ with the AHECS Cybersecurity Summit Program Committee 
are pleased to announce we have opened registration for international delegates for the inaugural AHECS Cybersecurity 
Summit (presented and coordinated by CAUDIT).

To encourage connection and networking with our international colleagues, registration has been capped at $50AUD for 
international delegates.

The theme for the Summit is Bridging the Gap and reflects on the shifts that must occur in addressing the disparity in 
cyber maturity and impacts of COVID-19 across the Higher Education and Research sector against the increasing technical 
capabilities, reach and sophistication of cyber-attacks.

We have an exciting agenda for the Summit including keynotes from Michelle Price, CEO

The online portion of the summit will commence at 10:00am AEDT Tuesday 03 November and concludes at 3:00pm AEDT 
Wednesday 04 November 2020. These two days will be filled with networking, keynote presentations, and more. The virtual 
sponsor’s exhibition space will be open from 10:00am AEDT Tuesday 03 November and close at 4:00pm AEDT Wednesday 04 
November 2020.  I appreciate the times are not necessarily ‘friendly’ however some member institution staff may be 
interested.
