Data at Rest Encryption Databases

Does anybody do data at rest encryption on your databases, specifically
Banner, Titanium, or SQL Server?
How hard was it to implement?
Did your DBAs push back?
What tools did you use?
This was an item that came up in one of our self-assessments.
