Jim,

I realize this response is a month after you inquired about Adobe Sign. It definitely looks acceptable from a security
standpoint, but I would look at Adobe’s general terms to verify whether sensitive personal information/data is defined
and prohibited by Adobe.

Amy

Rachel,

That’s the kind of gotcha I was afraid of! We’re double-checking our licensing now!

Hi Jim,

I don't have experience with Sign, but I have seen on other listservs that Adobe is pulling away from inclusion of Sign
in ETLA agreements
(https://blogs.adobe.com/deployment/2019/07/important-acrobat-product-update.html<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fblogs.adobe.com%2Fdeployment%2F2019%2F07%2Fimportant-acrobat-product-update.html&data=02%7C01%7Cjbole%40STEVENSON.EDU%7C5b7f2a33a6ff42dfc4b708d813b48a9a%7C93599c7168554022bac5141d808346d1%7C0%7C0%7C637281013425841908&sdata=5nCHe3%2BbMDmP9UGpL9EjWvwKc2fJECbNSI2H0JHcJsU%3D&reserved=0>).
I would check to make sure that it isn't/won't be the case for you before you get in too deep. In our ETLA quote, Sign
was a per-transaction expense.

Take care,
Rachel

We're looking to pilot Adobe Sign for e-signing. It's included in our Adobe licensing, so it looks like the cheapest
option :)

I don't have any experience with it, but it looks robust and secure from my initial review.

I'm curious if there are any "gotchas" from security, operational or other areas.

Thanks.
