Good morning,
Every year the EDUCAUSE Cybersecurity Program partners with InCommon<https://www.incommon.org/academy/webinars/> to
support a webinar for National Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
This year’s theme from NCSA is “Do your part – Be Cyber Smart”
https://staysafeonline.org/cybersecurity-awareness-month/theme/<https://nam03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fstaysafeonline.org%2Fcybersecurity-awareness-month%2Ftheme%2F&data=02%7C01%7C%7Cb3b8ca2aa56449b1692d08d854edfa69%7Cdd4b037fe626495db0170cc0f7dddb37%7C0%7C0%7C637352728379644216&sdata=XwjT5fh4or3%2BoIVcY8P6rsDwYjYerC3BFEewaH6YKUU%3D&reserved=0>
Week 2’s theme is an opportunity to promote how our IAM’s deployments empowered/support working and learning remotely.

Dean and I think a “lessons learned” session would be great.
We are looking for speakers to address authentication, access, and security issues in their presentations – case
studies something like this:
1) What you did in the fast move to remote working and learning in March
2) Lessons learned over the remainder of Spring and Summer.
3) How those lessons informed what you are doing for the fall.

A moderator would set the stage by providing an overview, then 2-3 case studies (each person would have 12-15 minutes
each).

Please let me know if you are interested in presenting or if you have questions.
Ideally we’d like your responses by Friday 9/18.
The webinar will take place the 2nd or 3rd week of October, day/time TBD.

Thanks,

Brian
