Druva v. Crashplan

Hi All,
We have been a happy Crashplan customer for quite some time now, but have
gotten some aggressive pricing for a more fuller featured version of Druva.
In particular, it has DLP features Crashplan does not offer. A couple of
questions:
1) Have any institutions had a bad experience or concern over using Druva?

2) Has anyone transitioned cloud back up platforms before? Any pitfalls to
be aware of?
