It does interfere with the signatures, so we’ve taken the approach to only add it only “common phishing sources” which 
includes public email sources and only on email that will be delivered internally (post-signature validation and not 
forwarded to another address).

It does for us.  With the change in the subject and the banner inclusion, the signed emails end up being an attachment. 
 It’s not a huge headache, but it’s an extra click to open.
