BCP Peer Consulting - Power of the Crowd?

During the COVID-19 transition to work from home, we realized we could have had better documentation, processes, tools 
and expertise that would have prepared us for a smoother transition to work from home. 

I am putting together a specialized team of peer consultants that could use their vacation time to help review and make 
recommendations on what improvements to make on a paid basis. 

Here are the areas that I am looking for:
1)      Executive (Governance, Reporting, Standards, etc)
2)      Security (i.e. Monitoring, SIEM, AD, Network, IDS/IPS, MFA, etc)
3)      Help Desk (i.e. ITSM, Chatbots, ITIL, etc)
4)      Enterprise Apps (SIS, LMS, Mobile, Portal, Apache, IIS, Linux, Database, etc)
5)      Datacenter & Cloud (Virtualization, Storage, DR, Replication, Backup, AWS, Azure, etc) 

Please connect me off-list if you would be interested in sharing your vacation hours to be a peer consultant and help 
other institutions and what area(s) of expertise you would be able provide review help on.
