We switched to KnowBe4 from SANS this year. User feedback was very positive related to the switch. And the platform 
used as easily integrated into Shibboleth and AD which helped dramatically in assigning training out.

+1 for SANS, which has a new platform coming out soon that will hopefully make things much easier on the admin side. 
Historically, I believe it was the least expensive option for cyber security awareness programs in higher ed.
