*Senior Information Security Analyst*
The Senior Information Security Analyst is a leader in the design and implementation of a comprehensive college-wide security program that impacts every member of the Geneseo community. This is a new full-time position in the Office of Computing & Information Technology that is responsible for leading Geneseo’s information security efforts. The security analyst serves as an expert advisor to the college’s Information Security Program Team and senior management. The security analyst researches, recommends and implements tools, systems, procedures, and policies that promote and support best practices in information security. The security analyst monitors and evaluates security trends, key performance indicators, and log information. They are responsible for managing security-related projects, increasing campus awareness of information security, developing and providing training, and promoting exemplary practices in handling/managing information in a secure manner. The security analyst is responsible for assuring compliance with Federal, New York State, SUNY, and local regulatory standards and policies.

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 commensurate with experience
