Institutional Security Plan

Greetings!
I am a fairly new member to Educause community. I would like to know if anyone uses or have implemented an 
Institutional security plan on their campus? The purpose of putting together this plan would be seeking an 
accreditation from the National Security Administration & department of homeland security. Sharing a template or a 
framework around institutional security plan would be highly appreciated.
