Higher ed. associations' comments on draft NIST SP 800-171B

Hi, All - For any institutions interested in the draft NIST Special Publication 800-171B 
(https://csrc.nist.gov/publications/detail/sp/800-171b/draft), which concerns enhanced security requirements for 
controlled unclassified information (CUI) related to critical programs and high value assets, please see attached for 
the response to NIST's request for public comments submitted by AAU, ACE, APLU, COGR, and EDUCAUSE.

NIST denied our request to extend the formal comment deadline, but NIST staff confirmed that they will continue to take 
comments on the draft SP 800-171B regardless, and the associations mentioned are all encouraging their member 
institutions to submit individual responses as well. You can send those to:
