I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but we have had some discussion here on SAQ tools.  CampusGuard offers a 
tool using guided forms to facilitate completion and tracking of the appropriate SAQ.  And I've been told other QSA's 
may also offer similar tools.

I'm unaware of a software product for overall compliance efforts.
