Experience with Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB)

Do any institutions have first-hand experience with Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB)?

We have a taskforce creating a proposal related to FISMA compliance and implementation of a CASB has been recommended, 
but I’m not aware of any peer institutions with first-hand experience.
