SPC keysigning event

If you plan to attend Security Professionals Conference, please give
strong consideration to participating in the key-signing event.  This
will take place on Tuesday evening immediately following the reception.
The event is organized by REN-ISAC but is fully open to all SPC
attendees.  If you have never attended a key-signing at SPC, you are
doubly encouraged to join us this year.  Information can be found here[1].
