The University of Houston Clear Lake is looking to fill a position for an Information Security Officer.  This is a 
full-time position with benefits.

The Information Security Officer is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive information security program ensuring 
strategies and services align with university mission, goals and objectives, including coordination with all UHCL and 
UHS stakeholders. The administration of the Information Security program includes; developing, documenting, 
implementing and maintaining the security policies, standards, and procedures for the University of Houston Clear Lake. 
Coordination includes; working with stakeholders to identify business objectives and appropriate information security 
solutions for projects in which UCT has accountability. Reports directly to the Executive Director for University 
Computing and Telecommunications, University of Houston Clear Lake.
