We have TicketMaster at the University of Akron and their access is via DSL behind a firewall that we manage.

You may want to get a hold of someone at The Ohio State University, I believe they use TicketMaster for their sports
tickets.

Hi Folks,

Husson University is in the process of bringing TicketMaster onto campus to work with ticket sales for our ticketing
for events. One of my concerns with this is the permanent VPN tunnel back to TicketMaster for the host application that
runs on the client computers.

Does anybody else use TicketMaster? and how have you dealt with the implications of having an externally managed hole
through the firewalls?

Thank You
