Just a quick reminder that the early registration deadline for the upcoming Security Professionals Conference ends on Monday April 16th.

Sign up now and join us in Indianapolis from May 15-17. The theme for this year's conference is: Security Everywhere: Exploring the Expanding World of Security. Our program covers a wide variety of topics aligned in these track areas:

Higher Education IT Security...Everywhere
Early-Bird Registration Deadline: April 16

Join your peers at the 10th annual Security Professionals Conference, "Security Everywhere: Exploring the Expanding World of Security," May 15–17 in Indianapolis and online. This conference is the premier cybersecurity gathering for the higher education community.

Network with colleagues. Share experience. Discuss options. Evaluate solutions. And attend in person or online.

Program Highlights

Preconference and postconference seminars will tackle topics in- depth such as navigating the PCI DSS jungle, developing an approach to mobile security, and creating a meaningful security awareness program. HEISC and REN-ISAC member-only meetings will bring together higher education security professionals attending the conference for updates on broad, community-wide initiatives. The SANS NetWars Tournament will challenge network and security staff and build their skills through simulated online challenges. The tournament is offered Tuesday, May 15, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., both face- to-face and online. Interactive sessions and corporate displays will examine innovative solutions to common issues that fall into the growing realm of "security" including privacy, identity management, physical security, and information assurance. A co-located event (Enterprise IT Leadership Conference) offers an environment for security professionals and IT leaders to convene, network, and discuss enterprise security issues.
